Prices

The prices of our products are quoted in Swiss francs, net, including VAT and are guaranteed.

Items covered by a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, as evidenced by the accompanying proof of payment document, which we ask you to keep carefully.

The following are not covered: damage caused by poor maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use or normal wear and tear, as well as products that are no longer in their original packaging.

Availability

Our delivery commitment is null and void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to OUR COMPANY. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Terms of payment

Online payment methods: bank transfer, twint, credit card

Payment in shop: Cash, MasterCard, twint

Delivery

Items in stock are sent by post within 3 to 5 working days. You will only be asked to make a contribution once per order.

Items can be sent abroad if the buyer pays the full delivery and customs charges.

PLEASE NOTE: OUR COMPANY does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and does not deliver goods to minors or those under guardianship, unless written authorisation has been obtained from the parents or guardian.

Return or exchange of goods

Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with the labels showing their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel. You are responsible for the return postage costs. In the case of an exchange order, the delivery costs of your new order are free.

Legal guarantees

Check the condition of the goods delivered without delay to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies affecting the goods delivered so that we can remedy them.

All personal data will be treated as confidential. All photos taken via our site will be considered as plagiarism.
